Twas a very merry Xmas

My Christmas was terrific. I got some great new toys, like this tool bench, even though mommy called Santa like a bazillion times on her cell phone to tell him how bad I was. I guess he didn’t listen (which would make sense because mommy is also saying that no one ever listens to her).

Daddy got mommy a kayak. No surprise to her since I spilled the beans the week before — guess daddy won’t take me Xmas shopping again. I can’t wait to sit in her lap and paddle around the reservior.

Happy Holidays

Merry Xmas! Happy Hanukah! Joyous Kwanzaa! Whatever holiday you celebrate, I hope it is full of family, friends and cool new toys.

You can view my live action holiday message at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pL5KfO5pxlM.

And here’s some holiday wisdom from Dr. Seuss.

From “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”

It came without ribbons! It came without tags!
It came without packages boxes, or bags!
And he puzzled and puzzled, till his puzzler was sore.
Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn’t before!
“Maybe Christmas,” he thought, “doesn’t come from a store.
Maybe Christmas… perhaps… means a little bit more.

And then the true meaning of Christmas came through,
And the Grinch found the strength of ten Grinches… plus two.

He brought everything back, all the food for the feast.
And he, he himself, the Grinch, carved the roast beast.

Welcome, Christmas, bring your cheer.
Cheer to all Whos far and near.
Christmas Day is in our grasp
so long as we have hands to clasp.

Choo Choo

I love trains even more than dinosaurs. Mommy took me to a model train show last week, and it was heaven. Just look at how happy I am in this picture. I watched the trains go around and around for almost an hour until mommy dragged me out.
