Based on the upcoming forecast of warm weather and rain, my skiing days may be over till next winter. Mommy and I made what might have been our last trip to Butternut for the season, enjoying the sun and spring-like weather.
I wanted to make it count, so I made sure to hit a few jumps in the terrain park.
Mommy, on the otherhand, soaked up the sun slopeside.

Below is my debut on a skateboard, which I got for my birthday. After watching the big kids at the skate park for a few minutes, I went right to the ramps. Mommy says she thinks I’m going to be a solo sport kid, not a team sport kid. I love skiing and biking, and I want to learn snow boarding, skateboarding and tennis. Daddy says I’ll make way more money as a baseball player though. We’ll see how it all plays out.

The Subaru has been good to mommy and me for the past four years, but the thought of putting thousand of dollars into it for repairs (long story) and the fact that the mouse living in it wouldn’t move out, was too much for mommy to take, so she took her money (and some of daddy’s) and bought a new car. She left the house expecting to buy a used Volvo sedan and came home with a brand new Japanese crossover. I think it’s pretty cool.
